A Study to Assess the Safety and Tolerability of BMS-986158 Alone and in Combination With Either Ruxolitinib or Fedratinib in Participants With Blood Cancer (Myelofibrosis)
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of BMS-986158 alone and in combination with either Ruxolitinib or Fedratinib in participants with Dynamic International Prognostic Scoring System (DIPSS)-intermediate or high risk blood cancer. Part 1 consists of BMS-986158 in combination with either Ruxolitinib or Fedratinib and Part 2 consists of BMS-986158 in combination with either Ruxolitinib or Fedratinib and BMS-986158 alone.

This is a global, Phase 1/2, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of selinexor plus ruxolitinib in treatment naïve myelofibrosis (MF) participants. A Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Selinexor Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice in Participants With Previously Treated Myelofibrosis
This is a Phase 2, multicenter, two-arm, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of selinexor versus treatment per physician's choice (PC) in participants with myelofibrosis (MF) who had at least 6 months of treatment with a Janus kinase (JAK)1/2 inhibitor. Study participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to either receive selinexor or physicians' choice of treatment.

This phase II trial studies how well multi-peptide CMV-modified vaccinia Ankara (CMV-MVA Triplex) vaccination of stem cell donors works in preventing cytomegalovirus (CMV) viremia in participants with blood cancer undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Giving a vaccine to the donors may boost the recipient's immunity to this virus and reduce the chance of CMV disease after transplant.

Combination Chemotherapy, Total Body Irradiation, and Donor Blood Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Secondary Myelofibrosis
This pilot phase I trial studies the side effects of combination chemotherapy, total body irradiation, and donor blood stem cell transplant in treating patients with secondary myelofibrosis. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors.
