Bone Marrow and Kidney Transplant for Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease and Blood Disorders
The main purpose of this study is to examine the outcome of a combined bone marrow and kidney transplant from a partially matched related (haploidentical or "haplo") donor. This is a pilot study, you are being asked to participate because you have a blood disorder and kidney disease. The aim of the combined transplant is to treat both your underlying blood disorder and kidney disease. We expect to have about 10 people participate in this study. Combination Chemotherapy, Total Body Irradiation, and Donor Blood Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Secondary Myelofibrosis
This pilot phase I trial studies the side effects of combination chemotherapy, total body irradiation, and donor blood stem cell transplant in treating patients with secondary myelofibrosis. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Combined Ruxolitinib and Enasidenib in Patients With Accelerated/Blast-phase Myeloproliferative Neoplasm or Chronic-phase Myelofibrosis With an IDH2 Mutation
The presence of IDH mutation is associated with worse survival in patients with myelofibrosis. Moreover IDH mutations are among the most frequently encountered events in MPNs that have progressed to acute myeloid leukemia. Ruxolitinib, a JAK1/2 inhibitor, and enasidenib an IDH2 inhibitor are effective and tolerable treatments for patients with myelofibrosis (MF) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), respectively. The study team hypothesize that the combination of these agents in patients with MPN with an IDH2 mutation will improve the overall clinical response to therapy.

Connect® Myeloid Disease Registry
The purpose of the Connect® Myeloid disease registry is to provide unique insights into treatment decisions and treatment patterns as they relate to clinical outcomes of patients with myeloid diseases in routine clinical practice. This disease registry will also evaluate molecular and cellular markers that may provide further prognostic classification which may or may not be predictive of therapy and clinical outcomes.

CPAP in Treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Patients With Polycythemia Vera or Essential Thrombocythemia
This early phase I trial studies how well the use of a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine works in treating obstructive sleep apnea in patients with polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia. Obstructive sleep apnea is a condition where a person stops breathing during sleep, and is estimated to affect 30 to 50 percent of patients with polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia. A patient with obstructive sleep apnea typically snores, has disrupted sleep, experiences morning headaches, and has daytime sleepiness. This phase II trial studies how well decitabine with ruxolitinib, fedratinib, or pacritinib works before hematopoietic stem cell transplant in treating patients with accelerated/blast phase myeloproliferative neoplasms (tumors). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Effect of Phlebotomy on Heartrate in Polycythemia Patients
Single-centre, observational within-subject design: patients that undergo phlebotomies regularly for polycythemia will be measured continuously by wearables one week before until one week after a phlebotomy, for three phlebotomies.
